Yoga 108 covers a multitude of curriculum topics working to connect all aspects of mind, body, & spirit.
Dive into the study of yoga and how it specifically affects the human body. Helping to better understand the injuries, modifications, adjustments, sequencing, and contraindications of the asanas.
Guided asana practice followed by a lab that demonstrates and describes the pose in detail. Helping to deepen your practice while also giving you the skill set to adequately teach the pose.
Discuss, and practice all different yoga styles with lead teachers and guest lecturers, ranging from Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yoga for Athletes, Yin, Meditation, Kundalini, Pre & Post Natal, and more!

YES! We cover Sanskrit in our teacher training. Although you are not learning to speak Sanskrit in our training, it is important to be able to use Sanskrit to pronounce the yoga poses properly, for chanting purposes, and to be knowledgeable as to where the language originated.
Deepen your knowledge on topics such as Ayurveda, Reiki, and the chakras to understand how yoga can be a self-healing practice.
